I'm using this pool cleaner on a 30' round above ground pool.
I have had the cleaner for a few weeks, and I am impressed with its suction and cleaning power. When the pump comes on, you can see the water moving on the top of the pool, which is impressive. It does a really good job vacuuming up the twigs and leaves falling from the many trees around our yard. It has two openings on the bottom to suck through. I think because of such a strong pump it needs two openings to handle the flow of water. It has no problem with all the seed pods, twigs and leaves this spring. This is my second robotic pool cleaner. The first one was a Dolphin pool cleaner that died right after the warranty ran out and the motor was almost as much as the cleaner, so I decided to give this one a try. This cleaner feels solid, yet it's a comfortable weight to easily pull out for use. The filter canister pops right out of the top and has a nice swinging open door that makes it very easy to clean. Overall, this was a great buy and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to keep their pool clean.

Poolmate Hydro 4 is suitable for pools up to 15 meters in length and 200 square meters in area, of any shape, and made from vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic or other materials.
Working water temperatures from 5-40°C, at depths from 0.8-5 meters, with chlorine levels up to 4ppm, salt levels up to 10,000ppm, and pH 7-7.8. It can be used to clean mineral hot tubs, but we do not recommend it for storage tanks or fish ponds.
